• this is a command line tool. if you're looking for a nice graphical application, this isn't for you.
• PLEASE look at USAGE.txt for how to use the program
• this code is very badly written and the interface is hard to use.
• the .exe file may or may not work on your computer. try to compile the code in the src directory if you can.
• at one time or another i've been able to compile it in microsoft's visual studio, cygwin using gcc, and GNU/Linux using gcc.
